My name is Paul Hodges and I specialize in helping individuals, corporations and government clients make and implement strategic commercial real estate decisions in the central Alabama area including: Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook and Wetumpka. I work with owners to sell or lease their property, as well as, represent tenants in the search of the perfect location for their business. I have been a licensed Real Estate broker for 26 years and am licensed in the state of Alabama and Florida. I have many years of experience working with numerous companies providing expert advice on disposition and selection of Commercial Real Estate. I am involved in the management of over 5,000,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution facilities in Montgomery, Prattville and Dothan, Alabama. I also represent owners of retail, office, land, investment and multifamily properties. In addition I work with several local banks on the disposition of REO properties.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT PAUL
I have lived in Montgomery, Alabama the majority of my life. After graduating from Auburn University of Montgomery with a degree in Marketing, I moved to Pensacola, Florida where I lived for 8 years working in retail sales. After moving back to Montgomery, I got married and raised two boys. My hobbies include traveling, hunting, fishing, college football and golf. “I believe in treating my clients the way I would want to be treated; honest, reliable and timely service delivered to the best of my ability.” This the foundation has allowed me to enjoy success with my clients and colleagues for 26+ years.
