James has served as leader in automotive industry over 15 years and has extensive experiences in new business development and operations. He works with the leadership team to identify and prioritize top opportunities for operational improvement, helps develop a system upgrade plan and assists with executing strategies to implement a continuous improvement program and culture that delivers substantive productivity and profitability gains. He is also responsible for the design, development, and deployment of 3PL, warehousing, and logistic solutions.
